A New Chapter Is Unfolding|Lunch & Learn: Europe & the Americas Study Abroad Sharing Session — Registration Now Open

Salon|noun. The word salon originates from the Latin root sala, originally referring to the “hall” or reception room in European residences where guests gathered and conversed. Over time, it came to describe a space for artistic, intellectual, and social exchange, where people share perspectives and broaden one another’s horizons through relaxed conversation.

This time, we invite you to join us for a Lunch & Learn Salon.

In addition to a special exchange with visiting students from Toulouse, France, CGU senior students will also share their real study abroad experiences—from the treetops of Norway’s forests, the profound academic atmosphere of Germany, and the bright sunshine of American cities.
They will speak candidly about the nervousness before departure, the awkward moments of language barriers, the tension of cultural adjustment, and that one moment on a foreign street when they suddenly realized:“I have become someone different.”
This is not a one-way lecture, but a sincere conversation among students. You are welcome to ask questions freely and share your concerns, curiosity, and imagination about studying abroad, allowing different experiences and perspectives to meet in the room.

Last time, at the information session, you saw the treasure map of overseas study opportunities.
This time, you will hear the real stories, gains, and footprints of those who have actually walked the path.
