FAQ

Q1: Is there a minimum group size for the activity? Can we apply with just 1 faculty/staff member and 1 international student?
Ans: Yes, you can apply! The minimum requirement is 2 participants (at least 1 CGU faculty/staff member + 1 international student).
💡Note: Due to limited funding, priority will be given to groups with 10 or those willing to host additional international students if applications exceed capacity.

Q2: How do we provide receipts for transportation reimbursement?
Ans: Reimbursement applies only to public transportation.
  • MRT: Request a “Proof of Purchase” or “Riding Certificate” at the MRT information counter.
  • Bus: Provide the route taken (e.g., 967 Chang Gung University-Taipei Main Station) and proof of fare (e.g., a screenshot of the online bus fare table)
  • Train: Attach original physical train tickets.
