Back to CGU

There is no fixed format for the reflection report. Please follow the outline provided by the Office of International Affairs and include at least 5 photos.
For details about the tasks to be completed after returning, please refer to the “Process” webpage in Office of International Affairs website.
Each university has different timelines. Some universities will send transcripts one month after the semester ends. Generally, the transcript will be mailed to the Office of International Affairs at our university. If it is sent to your home, please inform the Office of International Affairs.
Contact the Registry Section (for undergraduates) or the Graduate Studies Section (for graduate students). After completing your courses, within two weeks of the semester start at CGU, fill out the "Application Form for Recognition of Credits from Foreign Universities for Outbound Exchange Students" and submit it along with course materials (including course hours, syllabus, and original transcript). Late submissions will not be accepted. As transcript issuance times vary, it is recommended to request the original transcript before returning (a fee may apply) or print an electronic copy and have it stamped by the Office of International Affairs for credit recognition. The original transcript can be submitted later. If you are a graduating student, apply as soon as possible after returning.
If there is an error, please contact the Registry Section (for undergraduates) or the Graduate Studies Section (for graduate students) for assistance with corrections.
1. The reflection report and photos you submit may be used by CGU for various promotional materials, activities, or websites without requiring additional consent.
2. Before graduating, you are obligated to provide consultation and information to students planning to study abroad.
3. Assist in activities organized by the Office of International Affairs, such as information sessions.
