For Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau students

Incoming students from Hong Kong, Macau, and Overseas Chinese students should refer to the Office of Student Affairs for pre-arrival guidance.

Important Entry Information

Plant and animal quarantine: Travelers are strictly forbidden to bring the following items into Taiwan: Fresh fruit and vegetables. Plant or animal products for which prior authorization has not been obtained (includes live animals, meat products, live plants). DO NOT IMPORT MEAT ILLEGALLY FROM ABROAD.

Kindly provide your arrival date here two weeks before your arrival.
Notice: If you arrive early, you will need to find accommodation off-campus by yourself.
  • Dorm Essentials: Only bed & desk provided. Bring bedding, pillow, toiletries, etc.

Health Examination (MANDATORY) February 26 (Thursday)
Registration (MANDATORY) February 23 – March 6 (The first 2 weeks of the semester)
New Student ID Number Inquiry Visit here and find out your student ID number after February 6.
Online Course Selection
  1. Preliminary:
    9 AM, December 8 to 11:59 PM, December 12
  2. Phase 1:
    9 AM, February 9 to 17:00 PM, February 11
  3. Phase 2:
    12 AM, February 23 to 11:59 PM, March 6
Class starts February 23 (Monday)
Registration Deadline March 6 (Friday)
Remarks:
  1. If the student fails to register as required shall have their acceptance to the university rescinded.
  2. You can move into the dormitory during the suggested arrival days.

Suspension

For newly admitted students who cannot register for 2025 Spring due to serious illnesses or special circumstances, such as military service, pregnancy, or parenting (under the age of three), they may apply to suspension before their semester begins.
