Yes, but please be aware of any restrictions on the grade level for application set by the overseas university.
Yes, but you must apply to universities outside your home country. For example, U.S. nationals cannot choose U.S. exchange universities, and Japanese nationals cannot choose Japanese exchange universities, and so on.
Yes.
As long as you are still enrolled and meet the university's requirements, you can apply. However, students who have extended their graduation are not given priority during the internal review, so please consider this carefully.
Yes, but make sure to handle credit recognition, submit your reflection report, and complete the leaving procedures before the start of the next semester. Graduate students should also pay attention to the oral defense and thesis submission.
According to the academic regulations, if you do not take courses at your home university during the exchange, you only need to pay for accident insurance. Exceptions apply for the International Health Management Bachelor's Program, where full tuition must be paid, and for students who take courses at the home university during the exchange (9 credits or fewer require payment of credit fees; 10 credits or more require full tuition and fees).
If the overseas university allows graduate students to take undergraduate courses, you can apply. However, undergraduate credits cannot be counted towards graduate program graduation requirements.
Yes.
You can check the course offerings on the overseas university's website or refer to previous students' experiences. Note that some universities restrict exchange students from taking certain courses or departments and may have limits on the total number of credits or courses. Follow the university's regulations for course selection and avoid asking the Office of International Affairs to assist with communication. The Office of International Affairs handles the administrative aspects of the study abroad program and cannot provide advice on course selection. For academic courses, consult with your teacher; for general education courses, consult the Center for General Education.
The exchange programs managed by the Office of International Affairs are limited to institutions with which the university has signed exchange agreements. If the university you want to attend does not have such an agreement, the office cannot assist. However, if they accept visiting students, you can apply directly and attend as a visiting student.
