CGU Partner Programs (2026 summer)

Chang Gung University (CGU) partners with overseas institutions to offer 2026 Summer Programs, including intensive English training, cross-cultural experiences, professional development, research-oriented courses, and learning opportunities at leading universities.

The information below is an initial compilation based on the partners’ currently available public materials. Final program dates, fees, quotas, English requirements, eligibility, and application rules are subject to each host university’s official 2026 announcements.

Waiver: Applicants who have attended an English-medium high school or university for at least 2 years may be exempt from submitting English test scores (subject to JHU’s final review).

Note
  • CGU participates in this program together with Showa Medical University (Japan). Showa students are expected to join from Week 3, attending the final two weeks and the graduation ceremony with CGU students.
  • The quota is limited to 13 students. If applications exceed the quota, selection will be based on the following priorities:
    1. Students who have not previously participated in CGU overseas short-term credit-bearing programs
    2. TOEIC 700 or above (or an equivalent English proficiency test score)
    3. Top 30% class ranking (based on academic records)
  • If a student is not selected due to the quota limit, CGU OIA will assist in recommending/arranging alternative summer programs offered by other partner universities.
