Return to School Procedure Form

  1. After returning to CGU, follow this form to complete the return procedures with each department. Please submit it along with the "Application Form for Recognition of Credits from Foreign Universities for Outbound Exchange Students" to your department.
  2. After completing the study period abroad, students must submit the "Application Form for Recognition of Credits from Foreign Universities for Outbound Exchange Students" within two weeks of the start of the next semester at the home university. This form must be submitted along with written course materials (including course hours, course syllabus, and original transcript) to apply for credit and grade recognition. Late submissions will not be recognized.

Recognition of Credits from Foreign Universities for Outbound Exchange Students

Please complete this form and submit it with the written course materials (including course hours, course syllabus, and original transcript) within one week of the start of the next semester at the home university to apply for credit and grade recognition with the relevant department.
