3. After approved by foreign university and before departure

Application Form for Students to Study Abroad

Be sure to discuss and plan the course content in advance with your professor and department chair/director. Submit the form to the Office of Academic Affairs (Undergraduate: Registry Section, Graduate:Graduate Studies Section) by the end of December (for Spring departure) or the end of June (for Fall departure) to arrange for the preservation of student status and the reduction of tuition and fees for the semester/academic year you will be studying abroad.

Student Dual Enrollment Application Form (only for dual degree student)

Please fill out the "Student Dual Enrollment Application Form" and attach the admission notice from the foreign university and submit it to your department office before the end of the semester.

Overseas Study and Internship Notification Form

Please complete this form and send it to the Office of International Affairs one month before departure.

Dormitory

Please cancel your dormitory reservation for the period you will be abroad.
