The Office of International Affairs is recruiting one contract administrative staff members. Both on-campus colleagues and external applicants are welcome to apply

I. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Applications and related affairs for international short-term students coming to the university (including NSTC IIPP and MOE TEEP, etc.)
  2. Subsidies for domestic students’ overseas internships: MOE "Overseas Internship Program" and "New Southbound Program"
  3. Establishment of an international student alumni database, alumni tracking surveys, and post-graduation career guidance
  4. Other tasks and projects temporarily assigned by supervisors
Please note: The proportion of duties may be adjusted after onboarding, subject to the successful candidate’s expertise and approval by the OIA supervisor.

II. Employment Information: 

  1. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00 (lunch break 12:30-13:00); weekends off (two-day weekend).
  2. Salary and Benefits: In accordance with the "Chang Gung University Regulations for the Administration of Personnel Employed under Research Projects". One-year contract, renewable annually.
    • Bachelor’s degree level (Year 1): NTD 36,300/month
    • Benefits include Labor/Health Insurance, year-end and holiday bonuses, single dormitory (subject to availability), free shuttle service between Chang Gung Memorial Hospital / A7 MRT Station and campus, medical discounts at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, etc.
    • Flexible work schedules may be applied for, such as 8:00-16:30 (lunch 12:00-12:30) or 9:00-17:30 (lunch 13:00-13:30).
  3. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience related to international affairs is preferred.
  4. Language requirements: TOEIC 700 or above, or other equivalent proof.
    • Applicants with B2-level English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC 750 or above, or equivalent) who complete the interview and presentation in English may, upon supervisor assessment, apply for an additional language allowance of NTD 1,500/month or above (depending on level).
  5. Computer Skills: Basic computer operation and webpage design skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Other qualifications: Strong communication skills; proactive and enthusiastic attitude; detail-oriented and responsible; able to handle administrative tasks independently; strong teamwork spirit; willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  7. English test waiver: Applicants who obtained a degree from an English-speaking country or who hold nationality of a country where English is an official language are exempt from submitting English test scores, but must state the reason and/or provide supporting documents.
  8. Second foreign language: Applicants with a second foreign language (other than English) should submit proof of language proficiency. This requirement may be waived for those who obtained a degree in a country where that language is used, or who hold nationality of that country.

  1. Resume and autobiography (with photo).
  2. Official transcript of highest degree.
  3. Diploma (graduation certificate).
  4. Personal Data Collection Notice and Consent Form for Applicants (download from the CGU Office of Personnel website: Download Area → Personnel Forms).
  5. Other supporting documents (e.g., English proficiency certificate-TOEIC 700+ or equivalent, certifications, relevant experience proof, etc.).

IV. Deadline & Selection Process

Applicants who pass the preliminary screening will be notified of the written test and interview schedule. Applicants not selected will not be notified separately.
