一、為維護學生校外賃居安全，並確保在緊急狀況發生時，學校能第一時間掌握相關資訊以提供即時協助，校方將進行「校外租屋資料調查」。本調查嚴格遵守《個人資料保護法》規定，並尊重同學提供資料之意願，請安心填寫。
二、填寫說明：
1.調查內容：除基本資料外，亦包含租屋地址、房東姓名及聯絡電話。
