主旨：鑑於近期發生犯罪集團利用社群網路，以高薪工作等名義誘騙民眾，致涉入人口販運案件，請結合友善校園週，加強辦理防制人口販運及避免學生遭犯罪集團吸收利用之安全宣導。
In light of recent cases in which criminal organizations have used social media to lure individuals with false offers of high-paying jobs, resulting in their involvement in human trafficking, enhanced safety awareness activities will be conducted during Friendly Campus Week to prevent human trafficking and protect students from being recruited or exploited by criminal organizations.
說明：
一、依近期媒體報導，犯罪集團透過社群平臺及通訊軟體，以高薪工作、協助運送貨物等名義招募人員，誘騙被害人前往指定地點，限制人身自由，並有吸收少年從事招募或參與犯罪之情形，相關案件刻由檢警偵辦中。

According to recent media reports, criminal organizations have been recruiting individuals through social media platforms and messaging apps by offering high-paying jobs or asking them to transport goods. Victims have been lured to designated locations and subsequently deprived of their freedom. Some criminal groups have also recruited minors to solicit others or participate in criminal activities. The relevant cases are currently under investigation by prosecutors and the police.
二、對於網路或社群平臺刊載之高薪工作、來源不明之邀約、陌生人主動接觸，或要求前往陌生地點等情形，務必提高警覺，審慎查證，切勿輕信或貿然配合，以免遭受詐騙、人口販運或犯罪集團吸收利用；如發現可疑情形，或遭受威脅、控制、限制人身自由等情事，應立即向師長、家長或警察機關求助，以維護自身安全。
2. Remain vigilant when encountering high-paying job advertisements posted online or on social media, invitations from unknown sources, unsolicited contact from strangers, or requests to visit unfamiliar locations. Always verify such offers carefully, and never trust or comply with them hastily, to avoid becoming a victim of fraud, human trafficking, or recruitment and exploitation by criminal organizations. If you notice anything suspicious or experience threats, coercion, control, or restriction of your freedom, immediately seek assistance from teachers, parents, or the police to protect your safety.
