一、調查目的：應屆畢業生接受就業服務之意願。
二、調查對象：本校115學年度應屆畢業生（預計於2027年6月畢業之學生）。
三、調查期間：自2026年9月7日（星期一）起至2026年10月31日（星期六）止。

Under the guidance of the Department of Technological and Vocational Education and the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Chang Gung University is conducting the “Survey on Graduating Students’ Willingness to Receive Employment Services for Academic Year 2026–2027.”
1.Purpose: To assess graduating students’ willingness to receive employment services.
2.Target Respondents: Chang Gung University students expected to graduate in Academic Year 2026–2027 (June 2027).
3.Survey Period: September 7, 2026 (Monday), to October 31, 2026 (Saturday).

Eligible graduating students are kindly requested to complete the survey by the deadline. Your feedback will serve as an important reference for the continued improvement of employment services.
