【教務處公告】114學年度第二學期申請課程「停修」注意事項。

一、 申請日期:(每學期第九週~第十二週)
115/4/20 (一) 0:00 至 115/5/15 (五) 23:59。
二、 申請方式:
步驟一:登入【線上核簽系統】 (Flow)。路徑:CGU網頁 或 CGU APP。
步驟二:點選教務處029A→期中停修申請單【填單】。於申請單中,科目代號選擇欲停修課程並填寫申請原因說明,之後點選 【傳送】送出。傳送後請自行注意核簽流程進度。
PS. 授課老師三天內未核准,視為不同意自動取消。送出申請不等於成功停修,同學可提醒老師簽核並自行追蹤審核進度,待教務處核准始算完成。

三、除正課暨配合的實驗外,停修以一科為限。學生停修課程後,總修讀學分數仍需符合最低應修學分數下限之限制(大三含以下12學分、最高年級為9學分、延畢生及研究生仍有修課即可)。
停修不等於退選。停修課程不計成績、學分,不影響排名,不予核退學雜(分)費,成績單上予加註「停修」(非退選)。
依學務處獎助實施管理辦法,當學期曾停修課程者,次學期不得領取成績優良獎學金。

提醒: 請各位授課老師於停修期間,不定期登入FLOW系統審核學生的停修申請單

1. Application Period: (Week 9 to Week 12 of each semester)
From April 20, 2026 (Mon) 00:00 to May 15, 2026 (Fri) 23:59.
2. Application Procedure:
Step 1: Log in to the Online Approval System (Flow). Access via the CGU website or CGU App.
Step 2: Select “Office of Academic Affairs 029A → Midterm Course Withdrawal Application Form [Fill Out].”
In the application form, choose the course code of the course you wish to withdraw from and provide a reason for the application. Then click “Submit.”
After submission, please monitor the approval process status on your own.

Note:
If the course instructor does not approve the request within three days, it will be automatically rejected. Submitting the application does not guarantee a successful withdrawal. Students are advised to
remind instructors to review the request and to track the approval progress. The withdrawal is only considered complete after approval by the Office of Academic Affairs.

3. Regulations:
Except for regular courses and their corresponding laboratory sessions, only one course withdrawal is allowed. After withdrawing from a course, students must still meet the minimum required credit load
(at least 12 credits for juniors and below, 9 credits for final-year students, and at least one enrolled course for extended-study students and graduate students).
Course withdrawal is not the same as course dropping. Withdrawn courses will not count toward grades or credits, will not affect class ranking, and no tuition or credit fees will be refunded. The transcript
will be marked with “Withdrawal” (not “Dropped”).
According to the scholarship regulations of the Office of Student Affairs, students who have withdrawn from any course during the semester will not be eligible for the Academic Excellence Scholarship in
the following semester.

Reminder:
All instructors are kindly requested to log in to the FLOW system periodically during the withdrawal period to review and process students’ course withdrawal applications.
