推薦優秀應屆畢業生進入台塑企業任職作業，即日起受理申請至7月31日。Recommendation for outstanding graduation students to enter the Formosa Plastics Corporation, applications are open until 31 July 2026.

一、依推薦優秀應屆畢業生進入台塑企業作業要點辦理。

(一)限具中華民國、美國、越南、印尼等國籍和本校畢業之陸生，且大學部英文能力需達多益TOEIC成績600分(含)以上、碩士班英文能力需達多益TOEIC成績650分(含)以上、博士班英文能力需達多益TOEIC成績700分(含)以上，或其它相當之檢測成績。

(二)畢業成績滿足下列條件之一:

1.大學部為班排名前25%學生；研究所為班排名前50%學生。

2.經濟不利學生管道:符合下列身分之一，且畢業成績大學部班排名前50%學生、或研究所班排名前60%學生。

(1)低收入戶學生。

(2)中低收入戶學生。

(3)身心障礙學生及身心障礙人士子女。

(4)特殊境遇家庭子女孫子女學生。

(5)原住民族學生。

(6)獲教育部弱勢助學計畫等各類學生

二、申請期程：即日起至2026年7月31日止。

三、申請流程：

(一)符合資格者，務必至台塑人才招募網頁填寫履歷網址: https://hr.fpg.com.tw/login並將登錄完成。 

(二)登入iCGU填寫「優秀應屆畢業生及校友推薦」相關資料(登入路徑如附件)，並上傳相關佐證資料(語言能力證明、成績單、學程證明書……等)並選定推薦導師/指導教授。

(三)系統會將資料傳送至您選定之導師/指導教授、各系所主任初審及各院推薦小組複審，請務必提醒並追蹤流程。

(四)複審通過後文件會至學務處彙整，並呈校長核定後，提供企業錄用之参考。

This application is processed in accordance with the “Regulations for Recommending Outstanding Graduating Students to Formosa Plastics Group.”

1. Eligibility Requirements

(1) Nationality Requirements


Applicants must hold the nationality of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the United States, Vietnam, Indonesia, or be Mainland Chinese students graduating from Chang Gung 

University.

(2) English Proficiency Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency requirements:

  1. Undergraduate students: TOEIC score of 600 or above.
  2. Master’s students: TOEIC score of 650 or above.
  3. Doctoral students: TOEIC score of 700 or above.

Applicants holding other equivalent English proficiency test results are also eligible to apply.

(3) Academic Performance Requirements

Applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements:

1. General Qualification

  • Undergraduate students: Top 25% of the class ranking.
  • Graduate students: Top 50% of the class ranking.

2. Economically Disadvantaged Student Track

Applicants who meet one of the following qualifications and satisfy the academic ranking requirements below are eligible to apply:

  • Undergraduate students: Top 50% of the class ranking.
  • Graduate students: Top 60% of the class ranking.

Eligible categories include:

  1. Students from low-income households.
  2. Students from middle-to-low-income households.
  3. Students with disabilities or children of persons with disabilities.
  4. Students from families under special circumstances.
  5. Indigenous students.
  6. Students qualified under the Ministry of Education Financial Aid Program or other related assistance programs.

2. Application Period

From now until July 31, 2026.

3. Application Procedures

(1) Resume Registration

Eligible applicants are required to complete their resume registration through the following website:https://hr.fpg.com.tw/login

(2) Online Application Submission

Applicants shall log in to iCGU and complete the “Outstanding Graduating Students and Alumni Recommendation” application form (please refer to the attachment for login 

instructions).

Applicants must upload all required supporting documents, including:

  • Language proficiency certificates
  • Academic transcripts
  • Program certificates
  • Other relevant supporting documents

Applicants must also select a recommending advisor/supervisor.

(3) Review Process

The system will automatically forward the application materials to the selected advisor/supervisor, department chair, and college review committee for preliminary and secondary review.

Applicants are advised to actively monitor and follow up on the review process.

(4) Final Approval


After passing the review process, the application documents will be compiled by the Office of Student Affairs and submitted to the University President for final approval before being provided to the enterprise as a reference for recruitment evaluation.
