一、學生宿舍申請裝設使用小冰箱費用為:
1.一次繳清上、下學期費用者，收費1000元。
2.分學期繳交或第二學期才申請者，則每學期收費600元。
二、114學年度申請相關時程及規定如下：
1.小冰箱容量限150公升(含)以下。
2.年耗電量需低於280度或能源因數值高於7公升/度/月
3.申請使用之小冰箱出廠年份需自申請日起10年內之冰箱。
三、申請流程：
填寫申請單(學務處住宿組網頁→下載專區→長庚大學學生宿舍「自備小冰箱」申請單) →繳費(郵局或出納) →將繳費收據黏貼於申請單上→繳至舍監櫃台登記、領取識別貼紙→將貼紙貼於冰箱上。
四、9/14-9/30 每日18時-22時，各棟舍監將執行寢室「寢室床位暨小冰箱使用」清查作業，經查獲未登記之冰箱，持有人除需補繳該學期費用外，並依「宿舍違規記點」予以扣4點處分。
A. Fees for applying for use of small refrigerator in dormitory:
a. Those who pay the fees of first and second semester at once will be charged NT$1,000
b.Those who just pay in one semester or second semester will be charged NT$600 per semester.
B. Application requirements:
a. Small refrigerator capacity is limited to less than 150 liters
b. The annual electricity consumption needs to be less than 280 kilowatt-hours or the energy factor value is greater than 7 liters/kWh/month
c. The small refrigerator of using must be less than 10 years old.
C. Complete the application form→ Pay the fee (post office or cashier section) → Attach the payment receipt to the form → Submit it to the dormitory supervisor's counter → Obtain and affix the identification sticker on your refrigerator.
D. From September 14 to September 30, daily from 18:00 to 22:00, dormitory supervisors in each building will inspect room bed assignments and mini-refrigerator use. If an unregistered refrigerator is found, its owner must pay the applicable fee for the semester and will receive 4 violation points under the Dormitory Violation Point Regulations.
