一、申請期間
115學年度第1學期申請期間：自2026年9月21日起至10月2日16:00止。
二、適用對象
本校教職員生、校際交流外校生及短期交流之外校師生。
三、申請及管理單位
學生事務處住宿組Student Housing Section, Office of Student Affairs
四、開放時段
（一）學期間：週一至週日08:00–17:00及18:00–22:00。健身房清場(不開放)：17:00–18:00
（二）寒暑假及國定假日之開放時間，以住宿組公告為準。
五、會員收費標
一學年：新臺幣2,000元（有效期限至2027年8月30日）
一學期：新臺幣1,000元（有效期限至2027年1月23日）
短期外籍師生（2個月）：新臺幣400元（自申請日起算2個月）
六、申辦流程
填寫申請表 → 繳費（郵局或出納組）→ 攜帶申請表及繳費收據至住宿組辦理。
七、其他使用須知
進出健身房時，須使用職員證或學生證刷卡入場。
申請人須事先至住宿組完成會員資格驗證及卡片啟用，方可進入健身房。
證件限本人使用，不得轉借或冒用。若發現任何冒用或違規使用情形，將立即取消使用資格。Chung Yi-De Gym Membership Application
I. Application Period
Academic Year 115, Semester 1: September
21–October 2, 2026
Deadline: October 2, 2026, at 16:00
II. Eligibility
Faculty, staff, and students of Chang Gung University; students participating in intercollegiate exchange programs; and short-term visiting faculty and students from other institutions.
III. Administrative Unit
Student Housing Section, Office of Student Affairs
IV. Opening Hours
- During the Semester: Monday through Sunday, 08:00–17:00 and 18:00–22:00. Maintenance & Cleaning Break: 17:00–18:00 daily.
- During Winter and Summer Breaks and National Holidays: Opening hours will be announced separately by the Student Housing Section.
V. Membership Fees
- Full Academic Year: NT$2,000 (valid through August 30, 2027)
- One Semester: NT$1,000 (valid through January 23, 2027)
- Short-Term International Faculty and Students—Two-Month Pass: NT$400 (valid for two months from the date of application)
VI. Application Procedure
Complete the application form → Make payment at the Post Office or the Cashier’s Office → Submit the completed application form and payment receipt to the Student Housing Section for processing.
VII. Important Information
Members must swipe their Staff or Student ID card to enter the gym.
Before using the gym, applicants must visit the Student Housing Section to complete membership verification and activate their ID card for gym access.
ID cards are for the cardholder’s use only and may not be lent to or used by another person. Any unauthorized or improper use of an ID card will result in the immediate revocation of gym access privileges
