114-2期末退宿及 115年暑假(6/28-9/5)住宿申請說明2026 Summer Dormitory Application & Check-Out Guidelines (CGU)


壹、期末退宿須知

一、 大學部應屆畢業生未申請暑假住宿且 114學年度非住原寢的在校生,須於 6/27(星期六)晚上10點前完成退宿,含清空個人宿舍(含寢室及儲藏室等公共區域)內物品,經舍監檢查確認清空宿舍歸還寢室鑰匙始完成退宿。

二、 大學部應屆畢業生可提前辦理退宿。若已錄取本校研究所且有住宿需求,請填妥「研究所新生暑期提前住宿申請」辦理,並提醒舍監核簽離校程序單。

三、 基於宿舍公共安寧,僅在每日0800 - 2200 接受退宿申請。

四、 申請暑假時段住宿之同學,須於最後住宿週次的星期六晚上10點前完成退宿。例:申請暑假3週住宿 7/12-7/18,須於7/18()晚上 10點前,須完成所有退宿程序。

五、 114學年度和115學年度新床位相同者,個人物品可放置於寢室內不必清空,惟無申請暑期住宿者,務必將寢室鑰匙繳回如未繳回鑰匙者,視同有住宿,必須補繳住宿費

六、 115學年度開學後有申請住宿的同學,暑假期間可將個人物品放置於儲藏室,儲藏室使用請另依「儲藏室使用辦法」辦理。放置於儲藏室等公共區域內物品,得延至最遲於9/13前清空,如逾期未清空則視為廢棄物辦理,若造成相關損失,將由住宿學生自行負責。

七、未依規定時間完成清空、退宿的同學,依違規記點規定實施辦法予以扣點,並須繳交住宿費用詳細辦法請見第陸點說明。

八、115學年度床位,於529日公告,同學可逕至學務e點通查詢115床位。

*註:(班級/社團)團體住宿者,申請事由請註記【科系及年級】,社團類別請選擇【公共類】。

3.本次暑假不採集中住宿,由舍監視空床位情形安排床位。

4.住宿前需先完成繳費(見第參點繳費方式)

個人申請

2. 應屆畢業生不得辦理暑期住宿

3. 系統操作:校務資訊系統->學務 E 點通->住宿組「寒暑假住宿申請」->「一般住宿申請」->填寫資料及選擇住宿週次(如住宿時間不連續,請填不同張申請單) ->列印暑假住宿申請單

4. 暑期住宿若115床位尚未維護完成,則請舍監另擇寢室安排床位。

5. 暑期住宿前,學生需先完成繳費(見第參點繳費方式)。


參、暑假住宿收費標準及繳費

 團體申請住宿者,建議一併收齊後繳費。


肆、
暑假進住、退宿程序

辦理時間

  每日 08002200(註:舍監雖 24 小時值班,但基於公共安寧,僅在上述時間辦理進退宿作業

進住

1. 【團體申請】:負責人須先繳交團體住宿名單至各棟舍監櫃台,住宿學生持學生證直接向舍監辦理進住。

2. 【個人申請】持(1)由校務資訊系統列印下來的「暑假住宿申請單」
               (2)繳費後的「繳費證明單(收據)」,向各棟舍監辦理進住。

退宿

1. 【一般生】: 申請暑住之床位與115學年度床位不同者:清空宿舍個人物品(含寢室及儲藏室等公共區域)通知舍監至寢室檢查繳回寢室鑰匙。

2.  申請暑住之床位與115學年度床位相同者:繳回寢室鑰匙。

3.  115學年度開學後未申請住宿的同學,放置於儲藏室等公共區域內物品,得延至最遲於9/13前清空逾期未清空則視為廢棄物辦理,若造成相關損失,將由住宿學生自行負責。

4.  【畢業生】:最晚於627日前,清空宿舍個人物品(含寢室及儲藏室等公共區域,未清空之遺留物視為廢棄物) 通知舍監至寢室檢查繳回寢室鑰匙請舍監核簽離校程序單。

伍、暑假住宿床位安排原則

114-2明德樓大學部住宿生
(大一升大二學生

114-2明德樓、蘊德樓、據德樓大學部住宿生

(升大二、大三、大四

研究生

無論是否有申請暑假住宿,最晚皆於 6/27(六)
晚上 10點前
清空 114-2 的床位。

115學年度床位與 114-2 床位「不同」者
最晚請於 6/27(六)晚上 10 點前清空 114-2 的床位。

115學年度床位與 114-2 床位「相同」者,

無論暑假是否申請住宿,皆不須清空宿舍,
惟申請住宿者需依規定提出申請並事先完成繳費。

1. 未申請暑假住宿且115學年度非住原寢室者,最晚請於 6/27()晚上 10 點前歸還鑰匙。

2. 有申請暑假住宿者,續住原床位。

3. 配合教務處規定之114學年度第二學期研究所畢業生離校截止日,最晚814() 16:00前完成退宿。

4. 如要辦理離校的同學必須配合在離校前完成清空宿舍,經舍監檢查床位清空並歸還鑰匙,始完成退宿。

未完成退宿程序,離校程序單恕無法簽核。

暑假有申請住宿者:

115年度之新床位尚未維護清空
則依申請者 115學年度住宿棟別,由舍監配住空床位(非空寢室)


陸、宿舍清空週次說明

暑假 1-10

1.115學年度新床位與原床位相同者,如期間有任一週不申請住宿者,無須清空宿舍,但須於登記繳費之住宿週次截止日(當週星期六
晚上 10 點前,將鑰匙繳回舍監室。如未繳回鑰匙,將視同有住宿,必須補繳住宿費

2.申請住宿週次,住宿生欲進入宿舍,限每日 8 -19 時之間,且須先向舍監登記後始得進入,每日以 1 小時為限。

3.未登記而自行進入寢室經舍監查獲者,視同當週有住宿,需於該週週六晚上 10 點前補繳住宿費。逾期未補繳者,除持續催繳費用外,另依違規記點規定實施辦法記扣 6 點;超過次週週六晚上 10 點,仍未補繳住宿費者,再扣記 6 點,即累計記超過 10 點,同時取消學年度住宿資格。

4.如暑假期間非住115學年度之寢室床位者,最晚須於8/2()前清空。退宿程序未完成者,依違規記點規定實施辦法,延遲第一天(星期日 2200)書面提醒,延遲第二天(星期一 2200扣記 4 點,延遲第三天星期二 2200扣記六點,即累計記滿 10 點,同時取消 115學年度住宿資格。

5.延遲退宿之時段,須繳交每日 220 元之延遲退宿費,且不取消違規扣點。

6.未於規定於 5/8申請 115學年度床位者,如欲重新申請住宿,則由住宿組重新配住床位,不可主張要續住原床位。


柒、暑假未住宿退費申請

已繳費但因故不住宿者得申請暑假住宿費退費,請最晚於欲申請退費週次開始前一天晚上10點前,將『住宿退費申請單』送舍監核簽,並於 115   9 30日前繳交至住宿組,逾期不予受理退費申請



2026 Summer Dormitory Application & Check-Out Guidelines (CGU)

I. End of Semester Check-Out Instructions

  1. Graduating Undergraduates & Non-Returning Students: Undergraduate seniors and students who have NOT applied for summer housing and are moving to a different room for the 2026-2027 academic year must complete the check-out process by June 27 (Saturday) at 22:00. This includes fully clearing personal belongings from the room and public areas (e.g., storage rooms), passing the dormitory warden's inspection, and returning the room key.
  2. Graduating Undergraduates: Early check-out is permitted. If you have been admitted to a CGU graduate program and require summer housing, please submit the "Graduate Freshman Early Summer Housing Application" and remind your dormitory warden to sign your school clearance form.
  3. Operational Hours: To maintain dormitory peace, check-out applications are strictly processed between 08:00 and 22:00 daily.
  4. Summer Residents: You must check out by 22:00 on the Saturday of your final registered week. Example: If you applied for Week 3 (July 12–July 18), you must complete all check-out procedures by 22:00 on July 18 (Saturday).
  5. Same Bed for Next Academic Year: If your assigned bed for the 2026-2027 academic year is identical to your current one, you may leave your personal items in the room. However, if you are not staying for the summer, you MUST return your room key. Failure to return the key will be viewed as an unextended occupancy, and summer accommodation fees will be charged.
  6. Storage Room Usage: Students who have housing for the next academic year may store personal items in the designated storage rooms during the summer (subject to the "Storage Room Regulation"). Items must be cleared no later than September 13; otherwise, they will be discarded as waste, and the student will be held responsible for any losses.
  7. Bed Announcements: The 2026-2027 bed assignments will be announced on May 29. Students can check their results on the Student Housing Section website or via the Student e-Portal.

Group Application

System Open Period: June 5 (Fri) 12:00 PM to August 20 (Thu) 12:00 PM

1. During the summer vacation, classes and clubs requiring accommodation for activities can apply as a unit: [Class/Department/Dormitory] or [Club].

2. System Operation: School Affairs Information System -> Student Affairs E-Point -> Accommodation Group "Winter/Summer Vacation Accommodation Application" -> "Club Group Application" -> Fill in the information and select the accommodation week (if the accommodation time is not consecutive, please fill in different application forms) -> Print the summer vacation accommodation application form and accommodation roster.

*Note: For group accommodation (classes/clubs), please indicate the [Department and Year] as the reason for application, and select [Public Category] for club type.

3. Residents will not be centralized in specific dormitories this summer; Wardens will allocate individual beds based on availability.

4. Payment must be completed before accommodation (see point 3 for payment methods).

Individual Application

1. Current year graduates are not eligible to apply for summer accommodation.

2. System Operation: School Affairs Information System -> Student Affairs E-Point -> Accommodation Group "Winter/Summer Vacation Accommodation Application" -> "General Accommodation Application" -> Fill in the information and select the accommodation week (if the accommodation time is not consecutive, please fill in different application forms) -> Print Summer Accommodation Application Form

3. If the bed assignments for the 2026-2027 academic year have not yet been finalized, please ask the dormitory warden to arrange another bed in another dormitory room.

4. Students must complete payment before summer accommodation (see Part III for payment methods).

III. Fees and Payment Methods

Rate: NT$350 per week. (Low-income students may be exempted from accommodation fees upon official verification) .

Billing Cycle: Calculated on a weekly basis from Sunday 08:00 to Saturday 22:00.

  • Week 1: June 28 (Sun) – July 4 (Sat)
  • Week 2: July 5 (Sun) – July 11 (Sat)

Payment Period: From now until August 30.

Methods:

1.    Post Office Transfer: Account Name: 長庚大學 / Account Number: 19399765.

2.    Cashier's Office: Print the payment slip (2 copies) from the application website and pay on campus.

  • Note: Group applicants are highly recommended to collect all fees and pay together.

IV. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

  • Execution Time: 08:00 – 22:00 daily.

Check-In

  • Group: The group leader must submit the final roster to the warden's desk. Residents can check in directly using their Student ID cards.
  • Individual: Bring (1) the printed Summer Housing Application Form and (2) the Payment Receipt/Proof to your assigned dorm warden.

Check-Out

  • General Students (Different bed next year): Clear personal items -> Notify warden for room inspection -> Return key.
  • General Students (Same bed next year): Return the room key directly to the warden.
  • Graduating Seniors: Must check out before June 27. Clear room/public spaces -> Room inspection -> Return key -> Obtain warden's signature on the school clearance form.

V. Room Allocation & Late Penalties

Access Rules During Unregistered Weeks

If you have the same bed for the next academic year but did not register/pay for a specific summer week:

  • You do not need to clear your room, but the key must be returned by Saturday 22:00 of your last paid week. Failure to do so will incur full summer housing fees.
  • During unpaid weeks, students may only enter their rooms between 08:00 and 19:00 for up to one hour per day. Prior registration with the Warden is required.
  • Unregistered entry will result in mandatory room fees for that week. Failure to pay by Saturday 22:00 will trigger a 6-point penalty; an additional 6-point penalty will be issued if unpaid by the following week, leading to the cancellation of your housing eligibility for the entire academic year.

Late Check-Out Penalties

For those who do not share the same room for the next academic year, the absolute deadline to clear out is August 2 (Saturday).

Overdue Fine: A fee of NT$220 per day will be charged for delayed check-out.

Demerit Points: Day 1 delay (after Sun 22:00): Written warning -> Day 2 delay (after Mon 22:00): 4 penalty points -> Day 3 delay (after Tue 22:00): 6 penalty points (Totaling 10 points, resulting in immediate revocation of 2026-2027 housing eligibility).

VI. Refund Applications

If you have paid but cannot move in due to unforeseen circumstances, you may apply for a refund. The "Housing Refund Application Form" must be signed by the dormitory warden no later than 22:00 on the day before your scheduled stay week begins, and submitted to the Student Housing Section by September 30, 2026. Late submissions will not be processed.
