二、 申請流程:
(1)填妥申請單→(2)指導教授/所辦公室簽章→(3)繳費→(4)持收據及申請單至住宿組辦理配宿床位→
(5)攜帶繳費收據及申請單至舍監櫃台辦理進住手續
三、如開學後無申請住宿者,至多可申請至開學前8月30日止

II. Application Procedures
(1) Form Completion: Fill out the designated application form in its entirety.
(2) Authorization: Obtain the required signatures or stamps from your advising professor or the departmental office.
(3) Payment: Proceed with the payment of relevant fees at the designated office/bank.
(4) Room Assignment: Present both the original payment receipt and the application form to the Student Housing Section to finalize your room assignment.
(5) Check-in: Bring the payment receipt and application form to the Dormitory Warden’s Desk to complete the formal check-in process.
