申請期限
一、114學年第2學期，申請期程：自2026年3月20日至4月2日16:00截止Application Period (Academic Year 114, Semester 2)：From March 20 to April 2, 2026 (Deadline: 16:00).
二、適用對象：本校教職員生、校際交流外校生及短期交流外校師生
Eligibility:
University faculty, staff, and students; inter-collegiate exchange students; and short-term international visiting faculty and students.
Administrative Unit：Student Housing Section, Office of Student Affairs.
四、開放時段
(一)學期間：週一至週日8:00～17:00；18:00～22:00。
(二)寒暑假及國定假日，開放時間以住宿組公告為準。

1.During Semester: Monday to Sunday: 08:00–17:00 and 18:00–22:00.
2.Winter/Summer Breaks and National Holidays: Opening hours will be announced separately by the Student Housing Section.

五、會員收費標準：
1.一學年 Full academic year (NT$2,000)
2.一學期 Per semester (NT$1,000)
3.暑假 Summer vacation (NT$400)
4.寒假 Winter vacation (NT$200)
5.短期外籍師生二個月 Short-term International Faculty & Students (2-Month Pass)：NT$400
申辦流程：
填寫申請單→繳費(郵局/出納組)→攜帶此申請表及學生證(工作證)至住宿組辦理
Applicant fills out the form → Payment (Post Office or Cashier)→ Submit this form with Student ID (or Staff ID) to the Student Housing Section for processing.
進出健身房時，需使用職員證/學生證刷卡入內
(需事先至住宿組，辦理卡片驗證會員資格後方可使用)
證件限本人使用，若發現冒用事宜，取消使用權。

Members must verify their membership at the Student Housing Section before the card can be activated for gym access.
