Check-out and Stay Policy
· Students applying for winter break accommodation: You may continue to stay in your current room.
· Students NOT applying for winter break accommodation (or applying for a partial stay): You must return your room keys and vacate the dormitory by 22:00 on January 3, 2026
Storage of Personal Belongings
· Students residing in CGU dorms for the 114-2 semester (Spring 2026): You may leave your personal belongings in your current room during the winter break.
· Students NOT residing in CGU dorms for the 114-2 semester: You must complete the check-out procedure at the Housing Section and return your room keys before 22:00 on January 3, 2026 (Saturday).
o Note: Students who fail to check out by the deadline will receive penalty points and must pay any outstanding accommodation fees before completing the check-out process.
Chinese New Year Closure
· The dormitory will be closed from 12:00 on February 13, 2026 (Friday) to 16:00 on February 22, 2026 (Sunday).
· During this period, accommodation is provided only to international students, overseas Chinese students, and Mainland Chinese students (who must move to designated rooms).

· System Availability: 2025/12/15 (Mon.) to 2026/02/06 (Fri.)
· Operation Path: iCGU -> Student Affairs e-Point -> Student Housing Section "Dormitory Application (For Summer and Winter Break Only)" -> Club/Group Application/General Accommodation Application.
· Instructions: Fill out the information -> Select accommodation weeks (if the weeks are not consecutive, please submit separate applications) -> Print the application form.
· Group Applications: For applications by class, department, or room, please indicate the reason as "[Department and Grade]", select "[Public]" for the club category, and attach the accommodation roster.

· Week 5: 02/01 (Sun.) 08:00 – 02/07 (Sat.) 22:00
· Week 6: 02/08 (Sun.) 08:00 – 02/13 (Fri.) 12:00
(Note: The dormitory is closed from 12:00 on Feb. 13 to 16:00 on Feb. 22. No accommodation is provided during this time except for approved international/overseas students.)
