Amendments to Certain Provisions of the Chang Gung University Campus Traffic Management Regulations (Please be informed)

1. The aforementioned Regulations were approved at the Administrative Meeting held on September 22, 2026.

2. The key amendments are as follows:

(1) The parking management system has been revised from a parking permit system to a parking access privilege system.

(2) Definitions of vehicles and parking access privileges have been added, along with provisions governing traffic management equipment and data collection, traffic control measures, and the suspension and revocation of parking access privileges..

(3) Provisions have been added concerning temporary parking during winter and summer breaks, motorcycles used for transporting items, and temporary campus access for individuals who are injured or ill.

(4) Provisions have been added regarding violations involving temporary motorcycle access to campus. The procedures for handling abandoned vehicles and the cumulative penalty mechanism for traffic violations have also been clarified. In addition, the appeal procedures and related management measures have been revised to further improve the campus traffic management system and maintain traffic safety and order on campus.

3. The full text of the amended Regulations and a comparison table showing the amendments before and after revision are attached as Attachment 1 and Attachment 2, respectively.
