Explanation Regarding Laundry Service Impacts and Garment Handling Arrangements Resulting from the Recent Water Quality Incident (Please be informed)

1.Due to recent instability in the campus water supply quality, the operation of washing machines in certain dormitories may have been affected. If residents discover significant stains, abnormal soiling, or suspected damage to clothing after laundering that may be related to the water quality incident, they are advised to report the matter to the Office of General Affairs as soon as possible for assistance.
2.Clothing affected by the above-mentioned condition may be submitted through the dormitory supervisors of each dormitory building for coordination with the designated service provider. When submitting items, please clearly label the clothing or its packaging with the resident's name, dormitory building, and room number to facilitate identification and subsequent communication.
3.The University sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused to dormitory residents by this water quality incident. The University will continue to monitor the situation, follow up on corrective actions, and provide necessary assistance. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
