1. In response to the Flexible Learning Week and dining needs during the summer recess, the regulations governing food delivery vehicles entering the campus will be adjusted effective June 19, 2026, as follows:

(1) Operating Hours: Open 24 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and consecutive public holidays. After the commencement of the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027, the Office of General Affairs will make rolling adjustments to the operating hours based on the operation of on-campus food vendors.

(2) Entry Without Visitor Pass Exchange: Delivery personnel may enter the campus after security personnel at the gate verify the delivery order or relevant proof and take a photo record. The maximum on-campus stay for delivery vehicles is 30 minutes.

2. Upon entering the campus, delivery vehicles must comply with the University’s campus traffic management regulations, drive slowly, yield to pedestrians, and park in accordance with traffic signs, road markings, and instructions from campus management personnel. Any violations will be handled in accordance with the University’s Campus Traffic Inspection and Enforcement Standards.
