1. Eligibility: Limited to currently enrolled students of the University.
2. Application Procedure:
(1) Applicants must carefully review the University Campus Traffic Management Regulations, the Campus Traffic Inspection and Enforcement Standards, and the application procedure before completing the O365 online form (https://forms.office.com/r/BTcKDG6CfG).
(2) Applicants are required to upload clear and valid copies of their vehicle registration and driver’s license. Applications with incomplete information or unclear images will not be accepted.
3. Application Period: From the date of this announcement until Monday, June 8, 2026.
4. Lottery Procedure:
(1) If the number of applicants exceeds the available parking quota, a computerized lottery will be conducted on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. If the quota is not exceeded, no lottery will be held.
(2) The lottery results and the list of applicants eligible for payment will be announced on June 11, 2026, on the latest news section of the Office of General Affairs website. Applicants are advised to check the results by themselves.
5. Payment Period and Method: Applicants who are announced as eligible for payment must complete payment by Thursday, June 18, 2026, either at the payment kiosk in the First Medical Building or at the Cashier Section. The receipt must then be submitted to the Office of General Affairs. Failure to complete payment by the deadline will be deemed as forfeiture of eligibility.
6. Notes: Holders of valid parking permits for Academic Year 2025–2026 are not required to reapply for the summer recess and may
continue to access designated parking areas as usual.
