Notice of Adjustments to the Second-Stage Academic Gown Registration and Faculty Collection Schedule (Please be informed).

1.The second-stage academic gown borrowing procedures for graduates are as follows:
(1) Registration Period: May 18–19 (via the iCGU Academic Gown Borrowing Application System).
(2) Payment Period: May 20–21, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Cashier Division, 2nd Floor, First Medical Building).
(3) Collection Period: May 25–26, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Property Management Division, B1, Management Building).
2.Due to a shortage of doctoral academic gowns, an external rental service for standard academic gowns will be provided. The unified collection period for faculty academic gowns has been adjusted to May 25–26, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The collection location is Conference Room 3, 2nd Floor, First Medical Building. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
