Campus-wide Disinfection and Rodent Control Operation on March 21, 2026 (Please be informed).

1. To maintain campus environmental hygiene, the University will conduct a campus-wide disinfection and rodent control operation on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The operation schedule for each building is provided in the attachment.

(1) If offices or laboratories need to be used on that day, please cooperate with the on-site staff during the operation.

(2) If no staff will be on duty that day, each unit is requested to keep interior office doors unlocked but lock the main entrance. Please place the key in an internal envelope, clearly indicating the unit name, floor, and contact number, with the note “For Disinfection Operation on Saturday, March 21.” The envelope should be submitted to the Security Office of the First Medical Building before the end of work on Friday, March 20. After the operation, the security team will lock the main entrance, and units may retrieve their keys from the Security Office on the next working day.
