General Affairs Office is seeking to recruit one reserve technician(Reserve Supervisor)

1.Job Responsibilities:
(1)Responsible for the operation of campus utilities, including water, electricity, air-conditioning, and other public equipment.
(2)Responsible for maintenance, repair, improvement, and project management of campus buildings and public facilities.
(3)Assist with budgeting, procurement, and related tasks for minor on-campus construction projects.
(4)Conduct project estimation, inspection, acceptance, and construction supervision.
(5)Other tasks: internal control projects, implementation of energy-saving measures, procurement handling, annual audits, and other assignments from supervisors.
2.Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00 (lunch break 12:30–13:00).Overtime may be required depending on project progress.
3.Salary and Benefits:
According to university regulations, approximately NT$43,440–53,450 per month (subject to final approval).During the contract-based reserve period, employees receive labor and health insurance, three festival bonuses, and a year-end bonus.Upon passing evaluation and becoming a formal full-time technician, employees will receive public servant insurance, health insurance, three festival bonuses, and a year-end bonus.
4.Education Requirements:Graduated from a daytime university program or a technical college.
5.Field of Study Requirements:Construction, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Air-Conditioning, or related fields.(Applicants from unrelated fields should not apply.)
6.Requirements:
(1)Ability to write official documents; proficiency in general computer operation and Office software. Skills in AutoCAD or other engineering design software are preferred.
(2)Ability to independently handle construction and maintenance operations; careful, good communication and coordination skills, friendly attitude, proactive and responsible.
(3)Possession of relevant professional certificates (architecture, civil engineering, electromechanical, etc.) is preferred.
(4)At least one year of relevant practical experience.
