1. To accommodate the temporary transport needs of faculty, staff, and students while maintaining campus traffic safety and order, the Office of General Affairs has established the following Temporary Motorcycle Entry Application Procedure:
(1) Eligibility: Applications are limited to those with temporary moving or short-term transport needs.
(2) Safety Regulations: Applicants must wear helmets at all times while on campus and follow the campus traffic and parking rules.
(3) Access and Time Limit: A valid student ID or staff ID must be presented for deposit when exchanging for a temporary parking permit. The permit is valid for up to one hour, and must be returned upon exit. Late returns will be subject to disciplinary action.
(4) Violation Handling:
I. Those who fail to comply with traffic or parking regulations will be penalized according to traffic inspection standards. First-time violators will be blacklisted and prohibited from applying for six months.
II. A second violation will result in blacklisting and prohibition from applying for the remainder of the current and following academic years.
(5) Overstay Handling:
I. Staying on campus over one hour will result in blacklisting and suspension of application eligibility for one month.
II. Staying over two hours or committing a second offense will result in suspension for three months.
III. Staying over three hours or committing a third offense will result in suspension for six months.
IV. Staying over four hours or refusing to sign the counseling form will result in suspension for the current and following academic years.

2. The maintenance of campus traffic safety and convenience requires the cooperation of all members. Please adhere to these regulations to ensure an orderly and safe campus environment.
