Announcement of the Results for Student Parking Permits for the 2025-2026 Academic Year (Please be informed).

1. The lottery results for student parking permits will be available for inquiry starting September 12 through the “Campus Information System” > “Parking Permit Application System for Cars and Motorcycles.” (For system operation instructions, please refer to Attachment 1.)

2. Payment Period: From 9:00 a.m., Monday, September 15, 2025, to 3:50 p.m., Friday, September 19, 2025.

3. Payment Method:
(1) Each class should appoint a representative to print the class application report, collect the fees, and make the payment within the assigned time slot (see Attachment 2 for details).
(2) If no representative is assigned, individuals may make the payment on their own.
(3) To reduce waiting times, payment should preferably be made on a class basis.

4. Students who registered online for parking permits may park on campus free of charge from two days after the registration date until Friday, September 19, 2025. However, as parking spaces on campus are limited, if the parking lot is full, please cooperate by parking at nearby off-campus lots. Unauthorized parking is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.

5. After completing the parking permit application, please re-enter the parking lot before Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to complete the license plate recognition data update. For any issues with entry or exit, please contact the Security Section (Ext. 5000) or the Environmental Management Section (Ext. 5035) for assistance. Do not make payments on your own. As receipts are issued as electronic invoices, refunds cannot be processed after payment.
