為協助本校師生快速建立生物資訊與單細胞多體學分析能力，長庚大學生物醫學研究所特別舉辦「生物資訊工作坊（五）：Bioinformatics and Single-cell Multi-omics Workshop」。本課程為三天密集式暑期實作工作坊，由 Duke University School of Medicine Prof. Steven Rozen 英文授課，內容涵蓋 R/Python/Bash 基礎、AI coding agents、R 圖表製作、Quarto reproducible report、single-cell RNA-seq、single-cell multi-omics、trajectory analysis、differential expression、cell-type composition analysis，以及 spatial single-cell analysis。
一、工作坊名稱： Bioinformatics and Single-cell Multi-omics Workshop。
二、活動時間：2026年08月03日（星期一）至2026年08月05日（星期三），每日09:00–12:00；13:00–16:00（08:30–09:00報到）。
三、活動地點：長庚大學管理大樓4F 資工系電腦教室一。
四、授課教師：Prof. Steven Rozen，Duke University School of Medicine。
五、授課語言：英文授課。
六、活動內容：基礎程式環境（R/Python/Bash）、AI coding agents、R 圖表製作、Quarto reproducible report、single-cell RNA-seq、single-cell multi-omics、trajectory/differential expression/cell-type composition analysis 及 spatial single-cell analysis。
七、參加對象：長庚大學生醫所研究生、長庚大學教師及研究人員。
