| 整體教學目標 | 學生在修習此課程後將對細菌的致病機轉及最新研究方法有全面性的了解。學習所得將有助於學生對分子致病學研究能力的發展及日後在此領域的精進。 By the end of the semester, the student will have an overview of the bacterial pathogenic mechanisms and approaches used to study bacterial pathogenesis. The knowledge learned from this course is practical for research and serves as a foundation for future development in this area. |
| 教學方法 | 每一專題將先由授課老師講授並指定一至兩篇論文由全體同學閱讀,次週將由一位同學整理報告並引導討論。 A lecture will be given for each topic, and 1-2 manuscripts related to the topic will be presented and discussed in the following week. |
| 課程簡介 | 本課程著重於細菌分子致病機轉之介紹及研究方法,及宿主對抗感染之策略。授課內容也將涵蓋特定感染模式如病菌如何寄生於宿主細胞內、如何調控各個致病機制的表現以及細菌感染與癌症間的關係。細菌的毒素、各式分泌系統、群體感應等等都會在此課程中一一介紹。每一專題將由授課老師指定1-2篇論文或相關問題作為次週討論主題。學生需要根據指定的閱讀材料和問題積極參與和領導討論。演講者需撰寫一份含論文和討論內容的書面摘要。 |
