整體教學目標 |
本課程將介紹胞外體的生成、純化方式、特性與功能性分析、體學研究與應用，讓學生了解胞外體從基礎研究、臨床應用、到業界現況。 In this course, the details of extracellular vesicles (EVs) will be introduced, including their production, purification, characteristics, functional analysis, omics studies, and application. |

教學方法 |
Lecture 介紹課程主題搭配論文導讀，再由同學依課程主題進行討論與報告。授課間亦搭配相關儀器介紹與操作，增加理論與應用間的結合。 The course will combine lectures on each topic, discussions of related papers, and student presentations. The class includes relevant equipment introductions and operations, enhancing the integration between theory and application. |

課程簡介 |
胞外體除了反應細胞狀態，更在細胞間的訊息傳遞扮演了重要的角色，進而影響疾病的進程與預後，對胞外體的了解有助於疾病的診斷與治療。本課程將介紹胞外體的生成、純化方式、特性與功能性分析、體學研究與應用，讓學生了解胞外體從基礎研究、臨床應用、到業界現況。同時也介紹國際胞外體學會 ISEV 所制定的 'Minimal information for studies of extracellular vesicles (MISEV)'， 讓學生了解胞外體相關研究需符合的規範。 |
