This course is intended to provide students an opportunity to learn basic knowledge and key concepts about systems biology and the technologies used in researches of systems biology. |

課程簡介 |
此課程主要介紹系統生物學原理、核心技術與應用。內容涵蓋基因體學、轉錄體學、蛋白質體學、代謝體學與體學生物資訊學。此外,亦會介紹宏觀基因體(metagenomics)、表觀基因體(epigenomics)與蛋白質修飾於生物醫學研究之重要性及應用。本課程著重體學相關技術及生物資訊分析,讓學生能了解細胞或其他生物系統的運作及動態變化,並從系統角度明瞭疾病生成過程。 |
