整體教學目標 |
將藉由探討細胞內部的共同基本構造及多細胞間的連結、分化和發育等，而建構生物個體的基本特性。進而了解正常個體的運作和異常病變的原理。 |

教學方法 |
將由教師帶領班級分成三階段，探討研究細胞特質 1)研究細胞可用的技術原理 2)探討細胞基本構造：如細胞核、細胞骨架、粒線體、膜的構造和細胞內的運輸、細胞週期及細胞凋亡 3) 細胞與環境：如細胞的訊息傳遞及細胞和外在間質的關係，由發育了解細胞的分化、幹細胞和組織再生、免疫與癌症的特色。 |

課程簡介 |
細胞生物學主旨了解細胞由何組成並如何作用。首先介紹研究細胞常用的新穎技術。細胞內胞器將逐一被討論，像是粒腺體、細胞骨架等。接著探討細胞訊息傳遞、細胞週期與凋亡。然後，多細胞間的連結 (junctions)、分化、發育，進而探討異常疾病的產生。 |
