課程簡介 |
本課程結合長庚大學各系所研究循環系統方面的師資,為醫學類研究生深入瞭解循環系統運作機制所設計。課題包括血壓的調控、離子通道與心臟功能、血管內皮因子、血管平滑肌功能、幹細胞、血小板及凝血功能、運動與心血管疾病、肺高壓及血管硬化等。教材由授課教師參考各領域中相關文獻而擬定,著重於討論各領域最新的進展、尚待解決的問題及可能的研究方法,以協助學生奠定從事循環系統研究的知識及實驗設計基礎。此深碗課程亦包含實作部分,作為彈性學習內容,修課學生必須學會測量麻醉之大鼠的血壓及心跳對藥物的反應,藉以學習循環系統整合運作的機制。本課程為生物醫學所生理暨藥理組博士班資格考試選考領域。 |

彈性學習 |
完成大鼠血壓測量實驗,學習小動物全身麻醉、靜脈/動脈/膀胱插管、血壓對藥物的反應、及相關儀器設備的原理與操作,共計6小時。 Perform experiments on 'Blood pressure responses to pharmacological intervention in anesthetized rats'. Techniques includes general anesthesia, small animal surgery, cannulation of artery, vein and urinary bladder, direct measurement of blood pressure using a pressure transducer. 6 hr. |
