研究方向研究室特色

我們實驗室主要的研究方向是探討微生物致病機轉與宿主免疫反應,並開發有效之治療藥物。研究之微生物主題包含:幽門螺旋桿菌(Helicobacter pylori)、空腸彎曲桿菌(Campylobacter jejuni)、鏈球菌(Streptococcus pneumoniae)及嗜血桿菌(Haemophilus influenzae)等常見致病菌與免疫細胞之相互作用及導致感染疾病。此外,我們也嘗試開發細菌毒素應用於治療癌幹細胞(cancer stem cells)、探討微生物相(microbiota)與轉譯醫學等臨床議題,希望能將研究成果應用於臨床治療。我們非常歡迎對感染免疫學領域有興趣的大學部專題生、碩、博班研究生一起參與實驗室的研究。
