研究方向及研究室特色:

聚焦於運用蛋白體學/質譜學定量分析技術,系統性探討癌症相關生物標記(biomarker)、腫瘤抗原(tumor antigen)與腫瘤免疫機制,並致力於將研究成果轉譯至臨床醫學應用,發展可應用於分子診斷與標靶/免疫治療的分析平台。以「分析工具開發—分子機制理解—臨床問題導向」,將蛋白體學、質譜學、生物資訊與人工智慧整合為長期發展的研究平台。近年研究方向:

1.      體液與組織檢體之癌症生物標記探索與驗證。聚焦口腔癌,透過多重監測質譜定量技術,建立低含量蛋白質的精準定量流程,並結合抗胜肽單株抗體以提升靈敏度與專一性。涵蓋個體差異、日常生理變動與不同體液間的比較,逐步建構具臨床參考價值的定量基準,證實唾液作為非侵入性檢體的應用潛力。

2.      免疫多肽體(immunopeptidome)研究策略,發展腫瘤免疫與腫瘤抗原研究。結合蛋白體、基因體等多體學資料,解析腫瘤細胞表面呈現的抗原胜肽、分泌蛋白質與免疫微環境之間的交互作用。探討免疫熱/冷腫瘤特徵與腫瘤惡化機制,以及免疫治療反應與患者分層上的意義,為精準治療策略建立分子基礎。

3.      關鍵技術與分析平台的持續開發,包括多重標靶定量蛋白體分析流程的系統化設計,以及核酸適體(aptamer)篩選與最佳化。導入人工智慧與生物資訊方法,發展質譜層析圖譜的自動化與標準化分析工具,提升資料處理效率、降低人為偏差,並強化臨床應用的可行性。同時結合結構模擬與序列設計,擴展核酸適體於分子檢測與標靶治療上的應用。
