長庚大學陳怡婷老師實驗室以生物質譜技術開發及分析化學為基礎,發展生物分子之分離技術與生物質譜檢測及定量方法;與泌尿科、腎臟科、婦產科、小兒科等臨床醫生合作,運用分析化學、生物質譜技術、蛋白質體及代謝體等後基因體學研究方法,全面性的研究正常與疾病生物系統(細胞株及臨床收集的體液或組織)中蛋白質與代謝物之群體變化;臨床醫學應用方面,透過與國內及國外等機構,我們研究膀胱癌、腎臟癌、及腎衰竭病人的尿液、口腔癌症組織及口水、及婦產科羊水的蛋白質體學及代謝體學;並且在長庚大學的蛋白質體核心實驗室裡,負責標靶蛋白質質譜定量技術及穩定同位素化學標定代謝體技術平台的開發與維護,希望將實驗室的研發成果轉譯成為臨床醫生可以使用的診療工具,監測大小重要生物分子在疾病所扮演的角色,以期望朝向臨床應用及個人化醫療邁進。
