研究方向及研究室特色:

本研究室以轉譯醫學與藥理學為核心，致力於從臨床問題尋找新的疾病機轉與治療策略。研究領域涵蓋高血壓、急性腎損傷及慢性腎臟病，並結合臨床檢體、細胞與動物疾病模式，探討疾病進展的重要訊號路徑及潛在治療標的。研究室亦積極發展幹細胞衍生細胞外囊泡於腎臟損傷與組織修復的應用，並運用轉錄體、蛋白質體及分子藥理技術解析其作用機轉。我們特別重視「從臨床發現到實驗驗證，再回到治療與診斷應用」的轉譯研究模式，學生可實際參與臨床轉譯、分子生物學、動物實驗及新藥標的研究，培養獨立思考及跨領域研究能力。
