研究方向及研究室特色

本實驗室聚焦於癌症轉譯醫學與精準診療，透過單細胞轉錄體學、空間轉錄體學與影像質譜細胞分析等技術，研究腫瘤微環境與免疫細胞互動如何影響疾病進程與治療反應。
我們整合生醫資訊與機器學習，開發預後與治療反應預測模型，應用於肺癌、多發性骨髓瘤、乳癌等多種癌症，並持續拓展至大腸癌等其他腫瘤領域。
