四、研究概述：
本研究計畫核心聚焦於運用代謝體學探討多種癌症之疾病機制與生物標記，結合 LC-MS、NMR 等分析平台與臨床數據，尋找具轉譯潛力之診斷指標與治療標的，並輔以細胞及動物實驗進行機制驗證。

五、工作內容：
1.執行國科會計畫研究內容（含代謝體學實驗、數據分析及細胞與動物實驗）。
2.文獻研讀、實驗資料整理與分析。
3.協助完成計畫相關文件（如：期中/期末報告、研究成果發表等）。
4.撰寫與發表國際期刊論文（SCI）。
5.協助實驗室運作及主管交辦事項。

六、工作時間：
週一至週五，白天正常班。

七、徵才條件：
1.具國內外化學、生物化學、醫學、生命科學等相關領域之博士學位。
2.具備代謝體學專業背景，熟悉 LC-MS 或 NMR 等相關儀器操作與數據分析者佳。
3.熟練使用 R 程式語言進行生物資訊與統計數據分析、繪製研究圖表；兼具 Python 分析能力者佳。
4.具備良好之生醫研究相關技術（如分子生物學、生物化學、細胞生物學）；具實驗動物操作經驗者佳。
5.具備撰寫與發表國際期刊論文（SCI）之能力。
6.具備高度責任感、良好之溝通協調能力與團隊合作精神。

4. Research Overview
This research project focuses on applying metabolomics to investigate disease mechanisms and biomarkers across multiple types of cancer. By integrating analytical platforms such as liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy with clinical data, the project aims to identify potential diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets with translational value. Cellular and animal experiments will also be conducted to validate the underlying mechanisms.

5. Job Responsibilities
Conduct research activities under projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), including metabolomics experiments, data analysis, and cellular and animal studies.
Review scientific literature and organize and analyze experimental data.
Assist in preparing project-related documents, including interim and final reports and research presentations.
Prepare and publish research papers in international SCI-indexed journals.
Assist with laboratory operations and other duties assigned by the principal investigator.

6. Working Hours
Monday to Friday, regular daytime working hours.

7. Qualifications
A doctoral degree from a domestic or international institution in chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, life sciences, or a related field.
A professional background in metabolomics; experience operating LC-MS or NMR instruments and analyzing related data is preferred.
Proficiency in R for bioinformatics and statistical data analysis and for creating publication-quality figures; proficiency in Python is an advantage.
Strong biomedical research skills, such as molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology techniques; experience with laboratory animals is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and publish research papers in international SCI-indexed journals.
A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

8. Salary and Benefits
Salary will be determined in accordance with the NSTC salary standards for postdoctoral researchers.
