【招募職缺】碩士級專任研究助理 1名
【工作內容】
1. 參與國科會「健康臺灣－代謝體醫學研究計畫」及相關研究計畫。
2. 臨床檢體前處理、代謝物萃取、化學標定及質譜數據分析。
3. 協助研究成果整理、國際期刊論文撰寫及學術發表。
4. 參與實驗室會議、研究討論及跨領域合作。

6.臨床研究及跨領域合作經驗
非常適合未來有志於：攻讀國內外博士班、進入醫學中心、生技或製藥產業、從事質譜、代謝體學或精準醫療相關研究。

【應徵資格】
1. 生物醫學、生物科技、生命科學、生物化學、醫學檢驗、生物資訊等相關系所碩士畢業。
2. 對研究工作有熱忱、樂於學習新技術、主動積極、細心負責，能獨立操作實驗，具團隊合作精神與溝通能力。
3. 應屆畢業生亦歡迎應徵。
4. 加分條件:
(1) 具 LC-MS、質譜分析或代謝體學研究經驗。
(2) 熟悉分子生物學、生物化學或細胞實驗。
(3) 曾參與癌症、生物標誌物或臨床研究。
(4) 熟悉 R、Python 或其他生物資訊分析工具者尤佳。

【工作時段】週一至週五08:00~12:00；13:30~17:30（需打卡）

【Position】Full-Time Research Assistant (Master's Degree) – 1 Position
【Research Area】
Join our laboratory to work on the NSTC Healthy Taiwan Metabolomic Medicine Research Program, focusing on mass spectrometry-based metabolomics, biomarker discovery, and precision medicine.
【Responsibilities】
1. Participate in metabolomics and translational medicine research projects.
2. Perform clinical sample preparation, metabolite extraction, chemical labeling, and LC-MS analysis.
3. Analyze mass spectrometry data and assist with scientific publications.
4. Participate in laboratory meetings and interdisciplinary collaborations.
【Training Opportunities】Successful candidates will receive hands-on training in:
1. LC-MS and LC-MRM/MS technologies
2. Quantitative metabolomics and stable isotope labeling
3. Bioinformatics and metabolomics data analysis
4. Scientific writing and publication in international journals
This position is ideal for candidates planning to pursue a Ph.D. or a career in academia, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or precision medicine.
【Qualifications】
Required
 M.S. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
 Highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
 Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred
Experience in LC-MS, metabolomics, molecular biology, cancer research, or bioinformatics (R/Python).
