【徵才單位】桃園長庚紀念醫院（國科會研究計畫）

【職缺名稱】專任研究助理（AI／資訊系統開發）1名

【工作內容】本計畫以人工智慧與醫學教育相關研究為主，工作內容包含：
1.協助研究計畫相關之程式設計、系統開發、功能測試與效能評估
2.協助研究收案、資料整理、研究成果彙整及計畫行政事務
3.其他計畫主持人交辦事項
※ 具AI或醫學教育相關程式開發經驗者尤佳。

【工作地點】主要工作地點為桃園長庚紀念醫院，並依研究需求至林口長庚紀念醫院及長庚大學。

【工作時間】星期一至星期五 08:30－17:30（中午休息1小時）週休二日，依勞基法及行政院公告國定假日休假。

【徵求條件】

必備資格：
• 學士或碩士畢業
• 資訊工程、資訊管理、電機、人工智慧或相關科系

加分條件：
• 熟悉 Python、Java等任一程式語言
• 熟悉 SQL、Linux、Git 或資料庫管理者尤佳
• 具良好溝通能力、工作態度積極、願意學習新技術
※ 無研究助理經驗可，只要具備程式設計能力及學習熱忱皆歡迎應徵。

【薪資待遇】依國家科學及技術委員會專任研究助理薪資標準辦理（學士級第一年36,300元/月；碩士級第一年41,500元/月；實際薪資依最新規定及相關年資核定）。

【Hiring Information】Full-Time Research Assistant
**NSTC-Funded Project｜AI / Information Systems Development**

【Position】Full-Time Research Assistant

【Institution】Taoyuan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital

【Responsibilities】
* Assist with programming, system development, testing, and performance evaluation
* Support participant recruitment, data organization, research documentation, and project administration
* Perform other duties assigned by the principal investigator
Candidates with experience in AI or medical education software development are preferred.

【Work Location】
Primarily at Taoyuan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, with occasional work at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Chang Gung University.

【Working Hours】
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with weekends and national holidays off.

【Qualifications】
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
* Familiarity with Python, Java, or another programming language
* Experience with SQL, Linux, Git, or database management is a plus
* Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
Previous research assistant experience is not required.

【Salary】
In accordance with NSTC standards:
* Bachelor’s degree: NT$36,300/month
* Master’s degree: NT$41,500/month
Actual salary will depend on current regulations and relevant experience.
