二、工作內容:
1.身心障礙學生輔導服務及相關行政工作。
2.大專院校身心障礙學生鑑定工作辦理。
3.其他主管交辦事宜。
三、薪資待遇:
由「115年度教育部補助大專校院招收及輔導身心障礙學生工作計畫」支應。薪資依本計畫及本校標準,學士級41,282元、碩士級41,500元起敘;具特教專業資格認定或專業證照(心理師、社工師)者,學士級41,282元、碩士級45,186元起敘,另核加 4,000 元專業加給(同時具備二項以上證照者不重複核給)。符合本職務相關工作經歷者,得申請提敘薪級。另有節慶及年終獎金、學校單身宿舍申請、長庚醫院就醫優惠及長庚醫院至校區免費交通車等福利。
四、資格條件:
1. 國內外大學特殊教育、輔助科技、物理治療、職能治療、語言治療與聽力、復健諮商、早期療育、心理、輔導、社會工作及教育等相關科系畢業,具備學生輔導經驗者。
2.碩士學歷尤佳。
3.領有特教專業資格認定或相關專業證照(社工師、心理師)者尤佳。

Job Vacancy: Resource Room Counselor (1 Position)
Counseling and Guidance Section, Office of Student Affairs, Chang Gung University
I. Position
Counseling and Guidance Section Resource Room Counselor. This is a yearly contract-based position.
II. Job Responsibilities
1.Provide counseling services and handle administrative tasks for students with disabilities.
2.Conduct identification and assessment procedures for students with disabilities in higher education.
3.Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
III. Salary and Benefits
•Funding Source: Funded by the "2026 Ministry of Education Grant Program for Recruiting and Counseling Students with Disabilities in Higher Education."
•Base Salary: In accordance with the program and university standards:
o Bachelor’s Degree: Starting from NT$41,282.
o Master’s Degree: Starting from NT$41,500.
•Professional Qualification: For those with Special Education certification or professional licenses (Psychologist, Social Worker):
o Bachelor’s Degree: Starting from NT$41,282.
o Master’s Degree: Starting from NT$45,186.
o Professional Stipend: An additional NT$4,000 per month (not cumulative for multiple licenses).
•Additional Perks: Candidates with relevant work experience may apply for a salary grade adjustment. Benefits include festival and year-end bonuses, eligibility for single-occupancy faculty dormitories, medical discounts at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, and free shuttle bus service between the hospital and campus.
IV. Qualifications
1.Education: Graduation from a domestic or overseas university in Special Education, Assistive Technology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Early Intervention, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related fields.
2.Experience: Experience in student counseling is required.
3.Preferences:
o Master’s degree preferred.
o Special Education certification or relevant professional licenses (Social Worker, Psychologist) preferred.

VI. Appointment Term
