【職務名稱】碩士級、學士級專任研究助理
【工作地點】
長庚大學 第一醫學大樓6樓分子及臨床免疫中心，中心環境優雅、設備新穎。
交通：搭乘機場捷運至A7站(體育大學站)下車，轉搭校內接駁車或步行約15分鐘即可抵達長庚大學
【工作內容】
(1)與臨床醫師合作，討論病人狀況，採集血液檢體，進行免疫細胞與血漿分離。
(2)學習實驗室的免疫或是分子生物技術、細胞培養，分析抗體的特性(ELSIA，Western Blot，Flow cytometry)。
在實驗室有學長姐可以討論，中心也鼓勵人員持續進修，包括修課，聽演講，報名儀器教學課程。
【徵才條件】
(1)國內外畢業之學、碩士，對研究工作有熱忱與興趣。
(2)具備醫技、臨床研究經驗尤佳，無經驗亦可。
(3)具備免疫學、細胞生物學、遺傳學、癌症研究相關知識尤佳，無經驗亦可。
(4)具備研究計畫執行經驗尤佳，無經驗亦可。
(5)特質上有能獨立思考、解決問題、與團隊溝同協調的能力。
【薪資福利】
薪資：依照長庚大學研究計畫敘薪標準
學士級專任研究助理第一年36,300/月
碩士級專任研究助理第一年41,500/月

【Job Title】
Full-time Research Assistant (Master’s or Bachelor’s Level)
【Work Location】
Chang Gung University, 6th Floor, First Medical Building, Molecular and Clinical Immunology Center.
The center offers an elegant environment and state-of-the-art equipment.
Transportation: Take the Airport MRT to A7 Station (National Taiwan Sport University Station), then transfer to the campus shuttle or walk about 15 minutes to reach Chang Gung University.
【Job Description】
(1)Collaborate with clinical physicians to discuss patient conditions, collect blood samples, and perform immune cell and plasma separation.
(2)Learn laboratory techniques in immunology or molecular biology, cell culture, and analyze antibody characteristics (ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry).
Senior colleagues are available for discussion, and the center encourages continuous learning, including taking courses, attending lectures, and enrolling in instrument training programs.
【Qualifications】
(1)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from domestic or international institutions, with enthusiasm and interest in research work.
(2)Experience in medical technology or clinical research is preferred but not required.
(3)Knowledge in immunology, cell biology, genetics, or cancer research is a plus; no experience required.
(4)Experience in executing research projects is preferred but not required.
(5)Ability to think independently, solve problems, and communicate effectively within a team.
【Salary & Benefits】
Salary: According to Chang Gung University research project standards
Bachelor-level Research Assistant: NT$36,300/month (first year)
Master-level Research Assistant: NT$41,500/month (first year)
