CGU Academic Gown Borrowing Service – Available Now at the Museum!

1.Borrowing Period
From March 4, 2025 (Tuesday) to March 28, 2025 (Friday) (excluding Mondays). Available on weekdays daily in two time slots: 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–16:00.
The gowns are for use inside the museum only and may not be taken outside.
2.Eligible Borrowers
All faculty, staff and students at Chang Gung University (Please bring your student ID or staff ID to borrow the gown.)
3.Borrowing Method
i.Reservation Registration
Please register via the online form at least two days before the desired borrowing date. Our staff will review your request and respond within three hours. Once approved, please arrive on time, fill in your personal information, and leave your student/staff ID to borrow the academic gown. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the slot will be released to on-site borrowers. Your ID will be returned upon the undamaged return of the gown.
ii.On-Site Registration
You may fill out the form at the Formosa Plastics Group Museum and leave your student/staff ID to borrow the gown. Your ID will be returned upon the undamaged return of the gown.
4.Dress Code
Please wear a long-sleeved collared shirt. Applications will not be accepted if the dress code is not followed.
5.Additional Information
Opening Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00–17:00
Closed on: Mondays, election days, Lunar New Year's Eve to the third day of the new year
The Formosa Plastics Group Museum reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, or cancel this activity. Any adjustments will be made on a rolling basis without prior notice.
