[Call for Applications] CGU Social Responsibility Course Certification and Funding for Courses and Activities Related to Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development (Starting September 1, 2025)

1.To promote University Social Responsibility (USR) at Chang Gung University and encourage faculty members to conduct community-based teaching that enhances students’ ability to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, the university has established the "Chang Gung University Social Responsibility Practice Course Certification Guidelines." Courses aligned with the principles of social responsibility may apply for certification through the Office of Sustainable Development. Upon review and approval by the Course Committee of the College of Sustainable Innovation, certified courses will be eligible for teaching hour subsidies. Additionally, courses and activities that align with USR and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) may apply for funding support.

2.Application Process and Deadlines
  • USR Certified Courses:
From September 1, 2025, to September 19, 2025 (Friday), please read the certification guidelines carefully and submit the required application materials. A final report must be submitted within two weeks after the course ends; this report will be used to assess eligibility for teaching hour subsidies.
  • Funding for Courses and Activities Related to Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development:
From September 1, 2025, to September 19, 2025 (Friday), please complete the funding application form. A final report must be submitted within two weeks after the course or activity concludes.
