"The University Social Responsibility (USR) project led by Director Guan-Yi Lee of the Department of Occupational Therapy at Chang Gung University aims to assist individuals with mental disabilities (hereafter referred to as individuals with mental disabilities) in creating a friendly inclusive workplace environment and achieving the goal of community integration. This year, the project extended its scope to the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Linkou. On November 21st, a sheltered food cart inauguration ceremony was held in the morning. The cart will sell snacks, beverages, as well as coffee packets and fabric goods made by individuals with mental disabilities. This initiative not only promotes employment opportunities for individuals with mental disabilities but also allows students from Chang Gung University to learn on-site, creating a win-win situation for all."
