為提升管理學院學生的英語能力與國際競爭力，本院配合教育部雙語政策，持續推動英語學習相關課程、活動與獎勵機制。除鼓勵學生參與 EMI 課程（English as a Medium of Instruction）外，亦提供多元英語學習資源，如英語競賽、學習小組、活動參與及獎勵方案，協助學生在專業學習與英語能力上同步成長，逐步建構更完善的雙語學習環境。
To strengthen students' English proficiency and global competitiveness, the College of Management, in line with the Ministry of Education's bilingual policy, continuously promotes English-learning courses, activities, and incentive programs. Beyond EMI courses, we offer diverse resources — English competitions, study groups, and reward schemes — helping students grow in both professional knowledge and English ability, and building a stronger bilingual learning environment step by step.
英語是國際通用語言。EMI（English as a Medium of Instruction）係指在英語非母語的教育機構（non-English speaking institutions）提供的學習課程，其內容的傳遞、師生互動、學習及學術支持教材、學習成果展示與評量，皆以英語進行。
English is the global lingua franca. EMI refers to courses offered at non-English-speaking institutions in which content delivery, teacher-student interaction, learning and academic support materials, and the demonstration and assessment of learning outcomes are conducted in English.
課程中英語使用比例至少應達 70%

長庚大學管理學院首次獲教育部核定為第二期「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」之重點培育學院
In 2023, the College of Management was designated by the Ministry of Education as a Key Cultivation College under Phase II of the BEST Program (The Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College).
本院於 112 年成立「管理學院雙語化學習推動委員會」，由國際事務副院長擔任召集人，成員包含管理學院副院長，及各系所具英語專業課程授課資格之教師代表各 1 名，並邀請本校語文中心專業英語教學師資擔任專家委員，共同推動各系所英語教學，培育學生的英語能力與信心。
The Bilingual Learning Promotion Committee, established in 2023 and convened by the Associate Dean for International Affairs, brings together the College's Associate Dean, one qualified EMI faculty representative from each department, and English-teaching specialists from the University's Language Center — working jointly to advance EMI instruction and build students' English proficiency and confidence.
