SingHealth Delegation Visits CGU to Explore Research Collaborations

On September 3, 2024, a delegation from Singapore Health Services, also known as SingHealth, visited the College of Medicine and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. The delegation was warmly received by Dean Chun-Yen Lin, Associate Dean Jim-Tong Horng, Director Tse-Hung Huang of CGMH, and Department Chair Hsien-Hung Yang from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both sides conducted presentations and held discussions, exchanging insights and ideas. To symbolize friendship and commitment to collaboration, the two parties exchanged souvenirs. The delegation also toured the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including the Graduate Institute of Natural Products and the Graduate Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Chinese Medicine Teaching Hall, and the Virtual Reality Acupuncture Teaching Facility. This visit aimed to strengthen academic and medical cooperation between the two institutions, with the hope of attracting more Singaporean doctors and healthcare professionals to pursue graduate studies at CGU, thereby deepening international collaboration.
